About The Founder
Gwen Washington is the founder of Tender Loving Care Mentoring Program for Girls. TLC is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2011. Gwen knows from experience the issues and challenges that girls face. She has a passion to instill knowledge and life values into girls. Gwen believes that every girl counts and are unique, special and one of a kind.
Gwen Washington serves along side her husband in ministry as Co-Pastor at The Way, The Truth and The Life Ministries in Saginaw, MI. She is happily married of 34 years, mother of two children and grandmother of one.
